    Job Description As an Order to Cash Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate generation of billing documents, ensuring they are sent promptly to customers to facilitate swift conversion of debt into cash. You will support the overall efficiency of the order-to-cash function which involves leveraging bespoke systems to assess and rate customer activity prior to billing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal cash flow.
    You will always provide an excellent level of customer service to both your internal and external stakeholders offering clear and accurate communication throughout the collections and query resolution process.
    Key duties of an Order to Cash Billing Analyst Rating and pricing of customer activity using bespoke systems. Generate orders and billing (invoice/credit) for via S/4HANA SD (both manually and via templates) Manage and reconcile interfaces from external systems to AR ledgers (Boomi) Coordinate with entities to agree order data timelines allowing for timely billing creation Send invoices/credits to customers in a timely manner Pro-actively resolve Billing queries liaising with BU entities and Collections to fix issues Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Respond to customer and internal queries professionally and promptly and work closely with customers to resolve any outstanding queries Share any learning and support peers, specifically working with risk, collections, customer services, transport, sites/depots and commercial teams to resolve issues. Demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between sub-teams as needed Proactively seek the opportunity for new and existing process improvements and assist implementation where appropriate Take appropriate corrective action and identify, recommend solutions to any errors or mistakes
    Qualifications Have used Excel and be familiar with basic functions (pivot & filter) Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills to be demonstrated with a willingness to learn and improve mindset Nice to Have: Have used SAP (ECC6 or S/4) OR equivalent ERP system Nice to Have: Knowledge of different UK Domestic VAT rates (Standard, Reduced, Zero Rated, Exempt)

    Culina Group have a brand new role for an experienced Recruitment Manager!
    The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the Direct recruitment team to deliver timely and cost-effective high-volume recruitment campaigns across the group. The role will lead a team of recruiters, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Site General Managers, and operational teams to meet staffing requirements and support business growth. In addition to this, the role will also support sites with any queries concerning temporary agency use with our preferred partners.
    Ownership for:
    Team Leadership - Manage and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and foster a culture of collaborative and continuous improvement. Volume Recruitment Delivery - Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Warehouse Operatives, Production Operatives and Drivers across multiple sites. Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high volumes of candidates quickly. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards throughout the recruitment process. Data & Insight – Own and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, fill rates) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity. Process & Performance Optimisation – Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, technology usage (ATS – automation and AI), and candidate engagement. Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with HRBPs, Site GMs, and operational leaders to understand workforce needs. Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate experience. Attend meetings with BU leadership teams to present on performance and market insight. Strategic Workforce Planning - Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop a workforce plan and proactive sourcing strategies to deliver this. Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to right-to-work checks and other regulatory requirements. Provide regular reporting on recruitment performance to senior stakeholders. Supplier & Agency Management – working closely with the Staffline teams who manage agency labour, and also supporting our sites with any queries relating to agency performance and governance.
    Experience Required:
    Proven track record in a high-volume recruitment within warehouse and logistics environments in large scale, multi-site organisations (£1bn+) with complex recruitment needs Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Data-driven approach with ability to analyse and act on recruitment metrics. Knowledge of recruitment technology (ATS) and sourcing tools having delivered automation and AI functionality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Key duties of an Order to Cash Billing Analyst Rating and pricing of customer activity using bespoke systems. Generate orders and billing (invoice/credit) for via S/4HANA SD (both manually and via templates) Manage and reconcile interfaces from external systems to AR ledgers (Boomi) Coordinate with entities to agree order data timelines allowing for timely billing creation Send invoices/credits to customers in a timely manner Pro-actively resolve Billing queries liaising with BU entities and Collections to fix issues Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation Respond to customer and internal queries professionally and promptly and work closely with customers to resolve any outstanding queries Share any learning and support peers, specifically working with risk, collections, customer services, transport, sites/depots and commercial teams to resolve issues. Demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between sub-teams as needed Proactively seek the opportunity for new and existing process improvements and assist implementation where appropriate Take appropriate corrective action and identify, recommend solutions to any errors or mistakes
    Qualifications Have used Excel and be familiar with basic functions (pivot & filter) Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills to be demonstrated with a willingness to learn and improve mindset Nice to Have: Have used SAP (ECC6 or S/4) OR equivalent ERP system Nice to Have: Knowledge of different UK Domestic VAT rates (Standard, Reduced, Zero Rated, Exempt)
