CSG Talent are pleased to be working with a UK-based technical services business that supports multi-site retail clients, looking to appoint a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow an established client portfolio.This is a sales-led, account management role, focused on developing existing relationships and expanding scope across live contracts, rather than a heavy new-business or cold-calling position.As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Manage and develop a portfolio of multi-site retail accounts, acting as the main commercial point of contactDrive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services, sites, and contract scopeWork closely with service delivery teams to ensure performance supports commercial opportunitiesIdentify and convert opportunities across HVAC, hard services and associated technical servicesLead client reviews, account meetings, and commercial discussionsTrack account performance, growth, and commercial outcomesEssential requirements:Proven experience in a sales-led Key Account Manager / Account Manager role within FM, HVAC, or technical servicesStrong track record of growing existing accounts rather than purely winning new businessExperience managing multi-site or estate-based client portfolios, ideally within retail or similar environmentsCommercially minded, confident discussing value, performance, and service scope with clientsComfortable working with technical and operational teamsAdditional informationWeekly office attendance required Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits packageOpportunity to join a growing business with a strong and established retail client base
