    Job Description Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, your key responsibility is the growth of Aftermarket Sales business within a specific region. The regions already host an existing client portfolio but ultimately the success of the role hinges on 80% New Business Development and 20% Account Management of our existing customer base maximising the footprint of Crown aftersales and market share. Areas for which the ASR will be responsible for increasing revenue include: Sales of PTH replacement batteries Ancillaries (including Crown Work Assist accessories) Signing up Service Agreements: Full maintenance contracts Preventative maintenance agreements Thorough examination agreements Battery care agreements Short Term Rental Operator Training Follow up of overdue chargeable service quotes All targets will be set by the Branch Sales Manager, but the expectation is that 8 x orders per month is the minimum requirement (any combination of orders of the above). The role of ASR will also be responsible for: -Targeted follow up of overdue chargeable service quotes to convert these quotes into orders -Attend delivery/installations of truck sales to provide handover to customer and ensure all additional revenue opportunities are followed up -Find leads for powered lift trucks and/or Warehouse Solutions equipment and pass onto the relevant Area Sales Manager -Resource Management -Review and respond to all marketing leads within 48 hrs. -Attend regular review meetings with the Branch Sales Manager -Profit and Loss -Maximise all revenue potential for each customer. -Operational Efficiency -Target to grow chargeable revenues by 10% per annum. -Ensure 100% of rejected estimates are followed up along with STS. -Reporting / Administration -Manage and report on all leads and enquiries -Establish strong reporting routines and internal relationships. -Safety and Risk Management -Promote a safe workplace for all by your actions. To ensure van stock is monitored / counted, and sufficient for the day to day maintenance of the fleet. To carry out inspections and monitor the safety of the repaired and maintained trucks.
