We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Thetford, working across both residential and supported living services within a 24/7 disability support setting.
You'll support individuals with their daily routines, engage in fun and meaningful activities, and use a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to promote wellbeing and manage behaviours that may be challenging. Some personal care and use of the Hoist will be required when needed

Full-time and part-time roles availableDay Shifts: Typically, a variety of hours between 7 am and 10 pmWaking Night Shifts: Usually 9 pm/10 pm to 7 amAll rotas are planned across 7 days, so flexibility is keyContract options available for Days Only or Waking Nights Only
