The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You will have the freedom to shape your territory and deliver results across the East of England. Your focus will be divided into three core pillars:
Driving Performance & Growth
Take full accountability for turnover and profitability across all brands.Turn national sales strategies into winning local execution.Identify contract opportunities within the Developer and Specification sectors.
Relationship Excellence
Develop trusted, value-led partnerships with retailers, merchants, and distributors.Act as a brand ambassador at trade events and industry forums.Deliver product training to build customer confidence and technical knowledge.
Strategic Execution
Utilise structured CRM journey planning to deliver high-quality customer visits.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to achieve shared commercial goals.
