    Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and execution of both Crew Clothing and Ben Sherman brand and retail
    marketing activity — from new store openings and seasonal campaigns to local
    partnerships and promotional events. Working closely with the Brand Marketing
    Manager, you’ll ensure every activation drives awareness, engages customers,
    and reflects our brand values.Responsibilities:Campaign Management
    Support the Brand Marketing Manager in
    developing and implementing seasonal, integrated marketing plans  to deliver brand and product stories across
    digital, social and retail (100+ stores).
    Coordinate campaign assets from concept to
    delivery  — from briefing creative
    teams to ensuring delivery is on brand, on time, and on budget.
    Help ideate and manage brand partnerships, PR
    events and activations for product launches.
    Be a brand guardian, supporting with all
    marketing comms, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
    Maintain the marketing calendar and keep
    projects running smoothly.
    Assist with campaign performance reporting and
    learnings.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to align
    campaign messaging and visuals.
    Local
    MarketingDrive new store launches -  coordinate in-store activations, PR outreach, local
    advertising, influencer partnerships, and manage centre relationships.Manage creative briefs for all store openings,
    including POS, local comms and social assets.Support the delivery of seasonal in-store projects

    Merchandising team in analysis required to help maintaining optimum stocks and
    ensure futures seasons are planned and bought effectively whilst meeting the
    commercial and retail needs of the business and maximising sales and
    profitability.Responsibilities:Monday Trade:
    Run
    and distribute key Monday reports for Monday trade
    Distribute
    promotion analysis
    Prepare
    any ad hoc departmental analysis requested from merchandising teams
    Monitor
    availability of key products, making suggestions to core & branch

    Stock Management:
    Liaising
    with Merchandising and Logistic teams regarding stocks and
    deliveries into the business and flagging any issues or late deliveries

    price changes for promotions and Markdowns on the system, and
    communicating these actions to the wider business
    Analysis:
    Collating
    monthly lessons learnt reports from finance and running analysis to aid
    the merchandising team in writing their monthly reports
    Producing
    CTD sales and margin performance for sign off meetings
    Preparing
    and presenting ideal size ratios by category at the beginning of each
    season to senior members of the team, as well as ensuring these are
    maintained and reviewed throughout the season
    Any
    other ad hoc analysis required to support the merchandising team

    Purpose of the role:
    The Assistant Buyer supports the Buyer in the smooth and commercial delivery of the Crew product range to drive profitable sales growth. This role supports the management of the process to ensure that the collections, once designed are appropriately priced and that they are effectively produced to the quality expectations of the Crew customer and in line with department and business expectations.Responsibilities:
