You'll be joining an established L&D function at an exciting time, with a number of learning, technology and development projects underway. Its a varied role, so you could be delivering technical training one day, working with senior stakeholders on development needs the next, and supporting wider learning programmes and projects in between.

    Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, youll be an experienced L&D professional who knows how to build credibility with people at all levels.
Youll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, able to challenge thinking when required and, importantly, know how to bring people with you.
    Youll also be:
An engaging and confident communicatorEnergetic, focused and commercially mindedHighly organised and able to manage competing prioritiesComfortable working autonomously while being a genuine team playerSomeone who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others developConfident designing as well as delivering learningComfortable adapting your style depending on the audienceInterested in technology and how it can improve the way people work and learnExperience within professional services would be particularly useful, although it isn't essential. An L&D qualification would also be advantageous rather than a prerequisite.
    One thing that is essential...

You need to be genuinely confident with Microsoft 365.
You need to be comfortable standing in front of a room, or sitting alongside an individual, and teaching them how to use it better, from PowerPoint and Word through to more advanced Excel functionality.
If you're technically strong but also have the people skills to make learning accessible and engaging, we'd really like to hear from you.
    Why consider it?

Because this isn't a narrow L&D delivery role.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects, influence how learning is delivered and build strong relationships across the organisation. There is also scope to be creative, particularly around digital learning, technology and new approaches to development.
