Requirements As a Managing Consultant in the Modern Marketing Transformation Practice at Credera , you will help our clients transform their digital marketing capability through a holistic approach to their people, process, technology, and data. No one day is the same, but what is consistent will be your focus on excellence and humility. Partnering with our clients to do whatever it takes to ensure they achieve demonstrable business outcomes. Whilst attitude is more important than experience, we are looking for our Managing Consultants to have 3+ years of relevant experience. This could be in any professional context relevant to Marketing Technology. For example, you may have a consultancy background, an IT background, be from a digital marketing agency/marketing services provider, or built your experience working client side. If you do have a different background to this, we are also extremely keen to speak to you as diversity of background is also very important to us. Responsibilities and Skills - Take overall accountability for programme delivery, managing large teams across multiple workstreams as the key point of escalation. - Own programme governance with minimal oversight, reporting against milestones, metrics, and budgets to ensure progress and transparency. - Coordinate transformation resources — including people, budgets, and technology — ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. - Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and communications to maintain stakeholder confidence and control. - Conduct analysis of current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Shape delivery roadmaps and transformation approaches aligned to client strategy and objectives. - Partner with client C-suite and project sponsors as a trusted advisor, guiding them through complex transformation programmes. - Engage and manage cross-functional teams — including technology, change, and operations — to deliver integrated solutions. - Anticipate the wider organisational risk landscape, standing up multi-functional teams to resolve issues and assure quality across programmes. - Lead business development, identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities, leading proposals and growing client accounts. - Set strategic direction for internal capability and thought leadership, overseeing the structured development of others. - You will be required to pass BPSS screening for this role.
