    Overview
    We are seeking a practiced and strategic Senior Finance Transformation Lead on a fixed term basis, to lead and execute critical initiatives aimed at optimising our finance function. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering large-scale finance transformation programs, ranging from ERP system implementation (SAP) and end-to-end process improvements across the finance function, to the re-design of the deal-to-cash process amongst other finance projects.
    The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, change management, and technology-enabled transformation programs, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex, matrixed organisations.
    Main responsibilities to include:
    Lead all finance projects to ensure the successful implementation of all finance projects. Stakeholder management - act as a bridge between finance, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives within the UK and International entities. Take the lead on identifying other finance processes requiring transformation outside of the already planned projects. Identify opportunities to standardise finance processes across all entities to allow for cross collaboration across entities whilst ensuring improved efficiency. Management of the Finance Transformation team, including mentoring, coaching, supervision and support with any day-to-day needs. Implement and maintain strong & effective financial controls and escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner. Identify potential process efficiencies & contribute towards a high standard, continuous improvement culture. Change management - champion change management efforts, including communication, training, and support for new systems and ways of working. Governance & risk management - ensure appropriate governance, risk controls, and compliance standards are maintained throughout project lifecycles. Maintain documentation of company-wide accounting policies and procedures. Review, assess and document accounting and financial reporting implications of complex transactions. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary. Support the CAA UK finance function as required.

    Qualifications/Requirements
    ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent At least 6 years of experience in finance transformation, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation is required Deep understanding of financial processes and systems, including best practices in automation and digitisation Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) Demonstrated experience in project/program management and change leadership Key stakeholder management experience is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement is required Prior people management experience is required Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities

    Overview
    As a Finance Manager, you will report directly into the Finance Director, CAA UK & International and play a key role in supporting the finance activities for the continually growing CAA business. The role has a wide range of responsibilities and will require someone who can work accurately and to tight deadlines. Teamwork will be essential, and an inclusive attitude is required.
    Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
    Support the Financial Controllers with the maintenance of clean general ledgers and monthly close processes, including monthly, quarterly, and year- end close procedures. Establishment and streamlining of key finance processes Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Active involvement in the roll out of multiple finance initiatives including finance systems Approve daily accounting entries across sales ledger/purchase ledger and cash transactions, and complete month end process preparing/reviewing journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Support in the preparation of financial schedules, ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations in compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the preparation of monthly management reporting packages for submission to Finance Director, CAA UK & International, adhering to month end deadlines. Including analysis of fluctuations in monthly operating results. Approve client and office bank payments up to certain thresholds. Review of aged debtors/creditors reports and monthly update presenting to Finance Director. Review of new deal contracts and application of revenue recognition policy. Support Group and local UK statutory audits for various CAA entities. Implement and maintain strong & effective financial controls and escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.     Qualifications/Requirements
    Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, ideally with a minimum of 3 years post qualification relevant experience in industry. Must have strong analytics, a detail focused approach and broad technical comprehension including an understanding of IFRS, UK and US GAAP. Must have good, working knowledge of standard finance processes (i.e. AP, AR, GL accounting, Bank processes). Must have strong ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously Must have a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to be a team player with a conscientious and motivated attitude. Good Excel proficiency e.g. VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP is desirable. The incumbent must be thorough, detail-oriented, flexible, self-driven and collaborative.
    Although not an exhaustive list, the role will include the following:
    Prepare, review and negotiate a wide range of sports-related commercial agreements, such as endorsement agreements, consulting agreements, services agreements, representation agreements, event production agreements, vendor agreements, intellectual property license agreements, NDAs and releases. Advise Agents and Executives on business and legal strategy for sports transactions of varying complexity and provide real-time and thoughtful advice to agents and executives on a variety of business and legal issues. Anticipate and identify potential legal issues and assist internal stakeholders in developing strategies to avoid litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. Monitor legal developments and update template documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practice. Carry out legal research and assist in effective contract administration and document management processes. Support the CAA Sports Business Affairs group’s overall goal of increasing organizational efficiency and achievement of business objectives in a manner that minimizes legal risk.   Foster positive long-term relationships with CAA Sports’ colleagues and clients.

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Qualified lawyer, ideally with at least 4 years PQE. Background in commercial/sports law, either in-house or in private practice. Strong academic background: Undergraduate degree in Law 2:1 or above and if undergraduate degree is not in law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) at a commendation level or higher. Legal Practice Course (LPC) at commendation level or higher. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail/accuracy. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently and as a team to meet demands of the organisation. Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy a team-oriented approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and Adobe Acrobat. German language beneficial but not essential, as part of this role may involve supporting our Munich office.
