About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs. As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated person to join our highly-dedicated team as a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer. This role primarily involves working with learners across a range of levels who ultimately will be able to develop high levels of skill in CAD, CAM and CNC. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and hold a minimum of a Level 5 qualification (ideally a bachelor’s degree) in a suitable discipline. They will also hold, or be prepared to work towards, a level 5 teaching qualification.
