Working closely with the senior kitchen team, you will play a key role in leading service, developing junior chefs, and maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Support the Senior Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy kitchenTake charge of the kitchen in the Senior Chef’s absenceOversee daily food preparation and serviceLead, train, and mentor junior team membersEnsure all health & safety and food hygiene standards are metMaintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous)Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a teamCalm and effective under pressureFlexible and adaptable approach to shift patternsStrong team player with a desire to develop further

Natural leadership skillsA genuine passion for quality, locally sourced foodEnthusiastic and positive attitudeFlexible and open to change
