About the Role This is a pivotal, outward-facing position where you’ll act as a brand ambassador, driving both strategic and tactical commercial activity. You’ll shape and execute marketing initiatives, build high-value partnerships (including corporate), and develop compelling campaigns that enhance visibility and revenue across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver multi-channel marketing plans to support revenue growth across all locations Drive tactical sales activity and identify opportunities to acquire new customers and partners Build and nurture corporate partnerships, hospitality networks, and brand alignments Represent the brand confidently at events, meetings, and industry touchpoints Analyse customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform strategy Support the refinement of brand positioning, tone, and customer experience standards Work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure aligned commercial goals
About You: Proven experience in sales and marketing within luxury, hospitality, wellness, or retail A natural relationship-builder with strong partnership development skills Creative, commercially minded, and comfortable bringing fresh, innovative ideas Confident acting as a brand ambassador with excellent presentation and communication skills Highly organised, proactive, agile, and able to work across multiple sites Results-driven, with a keen eye for opportunity
