With hundreds of sites across the UK and a growing portfolio of change initiatives, they're looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver meaningful business and technology improvements across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a traditional Business Analyst who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and driving process improvements from concept through to implementation. What you'll be doing Gathering and documenting business requirements across a variety of transformation projects. Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Producing process maps, user stories and functional documentation. Supporting digital transformation initiatives, replacing manual processes with modern technology. Working closely with project teams, developers and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions. Supporting projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to training, go-live and continuous improvement. Managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced change environment. What they're looking for Around 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience. Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience producing clear documentation and business requirements. Someone collaborative, proactive and eager to learn. Exposure to Agile environments would be beneficial. Experience with Visio, Excel and tools such as Power BI or SQL would be advantageous.
