    Are you located in Greater Manchester? Copart are looking for an Account Manager to cover Greater Manchester, to be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Automotive customer accounts. Working to a pre-defined target, you will achieve growth through maintaining consistent contact with customers, delivering regular performance reviews of accounts and building strong relationships with customers. This is a field-based role, with some working from home or from a Copart Operations Centre, which requires a high level of self-motivation. You'll need to be a self-starter with the drive, sales acumen and self-discipline to consistently seek out new sales leads whilst managing existing accounts. With the ability to work flexibly, as agreed with management, you'll be in control of what you do and how much you can earn. As our account portfolio continues to grow, you can enjoy great earnings potential. Your earnings opportunity Basic salary of £26,130 per annum. On top of this, if you hit 100% of your target, you can earn up to £750.00 per calendar month in commission, with the ability to take this up to 150% of your target, which equates to commission earnings up to £1,125.00 per calendar month. This means you could earn up to £37,700.00 per annum. Main Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and grow sales into an existing base of automotive accounts through relationship building, regular contact and sales negotiation Conduct regular customer reviews Set your own appointments and manage your own diary Achieve annual sales targets and objectives set by the business Manage contractual documentation to ensure full compliance Identify and sell the appropriate product into each customer, maximising margin opportunities Maintain the Salesforce database at all times with orders, activity and account contact information Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, within both the sales and operational team as well as key departments Own your own learning, with the support of your line manager and a structured training program Ensure accurate and timely management updates and reports What we need from you: Good commercial awareness Demonstrable successful field sales experience Full UK driving licence Excellent communication skills Great IT skills Strong time management and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team What we offer you in return: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day per year to celebrate a special occasion to you A further paid day to volunteer for a charity of your choice Medicash Cover - look after you and your family by providing a range of positive health care benefits Contributory workplace pension plan Life Assurance cover The ability to purchase shares in our successful global company, at a discounted rate An exclusive deals and discounts website saving you money on everyday purchases, treats for the family, eating out, and utility bills for the home Copart are an equal opportunity employer, proudly hiring a diverse workforce.
