  About Us:

  Cooliq is a fast-growing, London-based air conditioning company specializing in domestic and commercial AC installations. We pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and top-rated service. With increasing demand, we are looking for experienced, F-Gas certified subcontractors to join our network and deliver expert installations across the city.

  Role Overview:

  We are seeking skilled, self-employed air conditioning engineers for subcontracted installation work in homes, offices, retail, gyms, and more. Work is allocated based on your location and availability, with excellent earning potential and ongoing job flow through peak summer and beyond.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out split and multi-split AC installations to a high standard
  • Liaise directly with clients on-site for surveys, installs, and handover
  • Ensure all work is compliant with F-Gas regulations and industry standards
  • Accurately complete job sheets and documentation (digital or paper)
  • Maintain a professional attitude and uphold Cooliqs reputation at all times

  Requirements:

  • Valid F-Gas certificate (please provide certificate number and expiry)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in AC installation (domestic and/or commercial)
  • Own tools and van required
  • Public liability insurance (minimum £1M cover)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
  • Right to work in the UK

  Desirable:

  • Experience with premium brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, etc.)
  • Additional HVAC/R certifications
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (optional)

  • Excellent pay per install: £400£700 per job (depending on scope)
