    As a senior HR generalist and reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HRBP will operate as a member of the Global HR team and work closely with our local HR teams to deliver a wide range of HR activities. The role will partner globally with corporate services, including Finance, HR, Legal Risk & Compliance, Strategy and AI. The HR Business Partner will translate business goals into prioritised HR requirements aligned to the Global People Strategy, and ensure the effective delivery of HR services providing insight and objective challenge, as needed. Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements wherever possible. Within the established Control Risks structures, provide hands-on delivery of key HR outputs including performance management, talent and compensation reviews and calibration sessions, employee relations and organization design.
