    We are delighted to be working with one of Norfolks local leading manufacturers of windows and doors. Our client is renowned for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service, supplying the public sector! Due to an increase in production demand, they are looking to expand their skilled team with a dedicatedassembly operative.
    As anassembly operative, you will play a key role in assembling high-quality windows and doors in line with detailed specifications. Your work will ensure the finished products meet the high standards that the company is known for, while maintaining an efficient and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble windows and doors according to technical drawings and specifications. Handle materials such as PVCu, aluminium, glass, and timber, ensuring all products meet the required quality standards. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Work to production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products. Assist with packing and preparing assembled windows and doors for delivery. Key Requirements: Previous experience in window and door assembly or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience in operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet production targets. A positive and proactive attitude.
