THE ORGANISATION Construction Futures, launched in 2024, was established by construction employers, through the Construction Employers Federation, along with the employee representatives from the Unite and GMB Unions. The purpose of the company is to jointly address the challenges faced by the construction sector. We aim to engage, encourage, and potentially part-fund initiatives in collaboration with other strategic partners.
