Are you passionate about hospitality, great drinks, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment?We’re looking for a confident and experienced Hospitality Bar Team Leader to take charge of one of our busy matchday bars at Molineux Stadium, leading from the front and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from kick-off to full time.
👊 What You’ll Be Doing:As a Hospitality Bar Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the overall running of a stadium bar, leading a team of up to 10 bar team members and maintaining the highest standards on matchdays.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of up to 8 bar staffTaking full responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the barDelivering fast, friendly, and professional service in a high-volume environmentUsing your excellent bar knowledge to serve spirits, lagers, beers, wines, and cocktails to a high standardManaging stock levels, bar setup, and breakdownEnsuring all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met at all timesHandling tills, cashing up, and completing required paperwork and reportsActing as the key point of contact between bar staff and senior managementDelivering team briefings and ensuring staff are fully prepared for serviceManaging peak-time pressure, particularly pre-kick-off and half-time

👀 What We’re Looking For:Must be aged 18 or over (due to the sale of alcohol)Previous experience working behind a bar in a busy hospitality environmentProven experience leading or supervising a team (bar, pub, events, stadiums, hospitality)Excellent bar knowledge, including spirits, lager, beer, wine, and cocktailsConfident leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team under pressureStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for customer serviceIdeally based locally in or around Wolverhampton with the ability to commute reliably to Molineux Stadium
