🗓️ Availability RequiredApplicants must be available to work some or all of the following race dates:3rd March15th March5th April14th April8th May28th May12th June19th June5th July18th July15th August26th September8th October(Additional dates may be available throughout the season.)
💼 The RoleAs Hospitality Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing hospitality operations across bars, restaurants, and premium hospitality areas on race days.You must have previous management experience within a busy hospitality environment and be confident leading, motivating, and supporting a team to deliver high standards of service.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house hospitality teamsManage service delivery to ensure a seamless guest experienceOversee staff briefings, delegation, and performance on event daysHandle customer queries or complaints professionally and efficientlyEnsure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulationsMonitor stock levels and coordinate with operational teamsMaintain high presentation and service standards across all areasWork closely with senior management to deliver successful race-day operations
