    Would you like to work amongst the beautiful grounds of the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, at some of the most iconic Motorsport and horse racing events in the UK? You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering renowned events such as the Goodwood Members meeting, The iconic Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Revival Festival and many more! No transport provide, so must live local or have own transport.
    Roles Available:Hospitality / Retail Experience Bartenders

    Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of beverages to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.You will be working with chefs, managers, and other catering assistants effectively to ensure a smooth delivery of service. Personality is key, below are some of the key requirements and responsibilities.
    Jobs roles you could be doing whilst working:Serving beverage requests efficiently and accurately.Preparing and clearing tables.Taking drinks orders in restaurants.Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery.Maintaining a clean and tidy bar working environment before, after and during service.Restocking.Develop an understanding of the product range available.Manage payments through our till system.
    Requirements:Must be over 18Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleaguesExcellent team working skillsPositive work outlookExcellent time keepingSelf MotivatedA driven and dependable approach to workUpbeat and welcoming personalityThe ability to remain calm during high-volume periodsPrevious Experience essential.
