💼 Role Overview:As a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, you will take ownership of a designated hospitality area, whether that’s a fine dining restaurant, exclusive private box, or vibrant hospitality lounge. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the setup, delivery, and breakdown of your assigned areaLeading, coaching, and motivating front-of-house staffManaging guest flow, table plans, service timing, and quality controlLiaising closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth coordinationEnsuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standardsHandling guest feedback professionally and proactivelyUpholding brand standards and representing Constellation with pride
✅ What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within high-end hospitality or eventsStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsConfidence managing teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesA professional, calm, and positive attitudeAvailability on key event dates throughout the season, including prep day prior the event daysPersonal license or food safety qualification (desirable but not essential)
