Responsibilities Core Competencies (based on Consilio’s Values)· Be flexible and embrace change;· Take ownership for providing outstanding service;· Value and respect the contributions of others, building trust and relationships with stakeholders;· Take initiative, act with urgency, be accountable and demonstrate unwavering commitment to doing the right thing;· Recognize, develop and celebrate individual and team successes;· Lead with conviction.Essential Responsibilities:· Support Consultants and Senior Consultants in the delivery of eDiscovery matters, assisting with task execution, documentation, and client communications.· Assist with data ingestion and processing workflows, ensuring accurate handling of structured and unstructured data across various platforms and formats.· Support the configuration and testing of AI/ML tools, such as technology-assisted review (TAR), continuous active learning (CAL), and predictive coding, under the guidance of senior team members.· Help prepare client-facing documentation, including data summaries, workflow diagrams, and platform guides, contributing to transparency and client education.· Participate in platform setup and user management, including workspace creation, permission settings, and review panel configuration.· Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, escalating appropriately and documenting resolutions to support knowledge-sharing and process improvement.· Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials, helping capture lessons learned and best practices for future reference.· Engage in regular training, building proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Relativity, Nuix and Reveal.· Monitor task progress and update project trackers, ensuring visibility for Consultants and Senior Consultants and helping maintain project momentum.· Coordinate with internal teams to help implement workflows related to data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production/export deliverables, gaining hands-on experience and technical fluency.· Contribute to quality assurance efforts, helping monitor adherence to established standards and flagging inconsistencies or risks for escalation.· Support internal and external communications, including maintaining meeting notes, project documentation, and updates to ensure visibility and continuity.· Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn.· Engage with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning tools used in document review and analytics, and actively seek opportunities for training and knowledge development.     You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating all legal aspects of the company's development projects from inception through to completion. Your role will include Advising on a broad range of construction matters. Leading negotiations and drafting of major construction contracts, particularly general contractor appointments for large-scale data centre developments. Coordinating with internal legal teams and external counsel to ensure alignment with the company's risk profile and commercial objectives. Advising on procurement strategies, contract structuring, and risk mitigation approaches tailored to the fast-paced, high-value environment. Acting as the legal point of contact for development teams, project managers, and executive stakeholders, ensuring legal considerations are embedded in all phases of project delivery. Ensuring compliance with local construction laws, regulations, and permitting requirements across jurisdictions. Providing strategic legal input on claims, disputes, and change management processes as they arise during construction. You will: have extensive experience in construction law, particularly in negotiating and managing large-scale GC contracts (e.g. FIDIC, JCT, NEC, or bespoke forms) have strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives ideally have experience within a similar in house environment.     You'll be supporting on a broad range of real estate transactions, particularly with a high profile project. The work will involve a significant number of bespoke option agreements by private treaty amongst other responsibilities. You'll also be acting as part of a supervisory team for juniors. 

    Ideally you'll be an experience real estate lawyer with transactional experience and previous experience working on large infrastructure projects would be beneficial. 

    This assignment is expected to run for at least 6 months, full time, and can be fully remote. We would also consider lawyers wanting to work 4 days per week.
