The Role: As a key member of the team, you will: Carry out RICS Level 2 & Level 3 residential building surveys, defect analysis, reinstatement cost assessments, and Homebuyer reports. Manage and deliver small-scale residential projects, including preparing specifications, tender documents, and cost plans. Provide expert advice to clients and liaise professionally with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Undertake contract administration and project management duties on residential refurbishments and maintenance schemes.
