As a Senior Architectural Technician the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the education, healthcare and commercial sectors, The successful Architectural Technician candidate will possess the qualities to work independently and collaboratively, be highly motivated and have a demonstrated capability to create and implement Technical drawings and have experience working both in the office and on site. We are looking for a meticulous detailer and an individual who prides themselves on ensuring every piece of work with their name on is produced to an impeccable standard. The practice are 100% REVIT based so a good working knowledge is highly desirable alongside having worked on live projects to BIM level 2 standard. Technicians who are either on the cusp of becoming Senior or fully fledged Senior Technicians will also be considered. If you are a Senior Technician that has 5-10 plus years post qualification experience with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages, In depth Technical knowledge in the later RIBA stages and also possess a sound understanding of current building regs and legislation and have the qualities to mentor a small team this could be a fantastic opportunity for you! At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess – Chartered Member of CIAT (Desirable) Minimum 5-10 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience Recognisable qualification such as a Degree in Architectural technology or an HND in Building Studies Experience in multiple sectors including – Education, Healthcare and Commercial Confident job running and client facing skills.
