About the Role
We are working with a fantastic primary school located in Halewood who are recruiting 2 x TAs for their school starting on Monday 13th April. We are seeking a L3 qualified Teaching Assistant for a Year 5 class to work as general support in the classroom, and we are also seeking a Year 2 Teaching Assistant who has experience delivering phonics sessions.
Both roles are full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30, and will initially run for the summer term to July . We will have permanent recruitment options in place for successful candidates to join the school from September .

Qualifications Level 3 qualification essential for Year 5 position, relevant experience will be considered for Year 2 position
GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.
Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
Experience of phonics for Year 2 position essential Knowledge and skills Builds positive, supportive relationships with pupils and staff to support teaching & learning.
