    The position:We're looking for an experience product marketing leader. This role involves owning the strategy for developing product positioning and messaging for key products and features. As the Head of Product Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role, supporting out GTM motion across departments, helping us grow and establish ourselves as the leading provide of virtual payment solutions.
    You'll be:A product champion - You know how to work closely and effectively with stakeholders to understand the strategic direction of our business and influence the external-facing product roadmap.A problem solver - You can translate complex product developments into actionable insights, offering solutions and recommendations that deliver measurable results.Strategic - Relishing the opportunity to develop and execute our product marketing strategy. Work with cross-functional teams to create GTM strategies for our products and core verticals that help drive demand and improve retention.Tech savvy - You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.Autonomous - You are proactive in generating new content ideas, researching unfamiliar topics, and driving product marketing content initiatives from start to finish. Organised - Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.A leader and a doer - As comfortable growing and empowering your team as you are being hands on.
    What you'll have:Professional experience in B2B tech or SaaS product marketing roles, ideally within fintech or commercial card paymentsStrong generalist marketing capability, delivering full-mix execution grounded in product and commercial strategyDemonstrated success in defining product marketing strategies, shaping market perception, and driving product adoptionExcellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product value internally and externallyEnd-to-end ownership of content creation and deliveryExperience leading teams across both scale-up and established corporate environmentsExpertise in managing complex go-to-market campaigns involving cross-functional stakeholders

Over the past decade, the Conferma ecosystem has grown significantly, enabling us to become the world's largest payments platform for virtual cards.For almost 20 years, Conferma has digitised corporate hotel payment workflows by leveraging virtual cards and building an ecosystem of over 100 card issuers, 400+ travel management companies, and 200+ booking platforms.Conferma now has an opportunity to further expand the global footprint of its travel payments ecosystem and optimise payment workflows worldwide.
    The Position:We're now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team to expand adoption of Conferma's current solutions and capture new spend volume by broadening our travel and B2B propositions. This is an opportunity to think big and help build new business lines - and you'll be essential in supporting the evolution of our travel payments ecosystem and its global footprint.
    You'll be responsible for:Building continuous global customer and partner engagement to communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress.Creating customer forums to capture feedback, shape requirements that drive volume, and inform roadmap prioritisation.Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities through market and customer research to expand our corporate and leisure travel solutions (including air, ground, and incidental spend).Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch - covering discovery, requirements, monetisation strategy, and feature prioritisation.Assessing build, buy, and partner routes to market to accelerate delivery.Working closely with global commercial and marketing teams to support sales opportunities and go-to-market activity.Collaborating across functions to define product objectives, requirements, and roadmap direction.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
    What you'll have:Strong experience as a Senior Product ManagerDeep understanding of the travel payment ecosystem, including payment networks, platforms and technologies.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management methodologies.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
