The Position:We're now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team to expand adoption of Conferma's current solutions and capture new spend volume by broadening our travel and B2B propositions. This is an opportunity to think big and help build new business lines - and you'll be essential in supporting the evolution of our travel payments ecosystem and its global footprint.
You'll be responsible for:Building continuous global customer and partner engagement to communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress.Creating customer forums to capture feedback, shape requirements that drive volume, and inform roadmap prioritisation.Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities through market and customer research to expand our corporate and leisure travel solutions (including air, ground, and incidental spend).Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch - covering discovery, requirements, monetisation strategy, and feature prioritisation.Assessing build, buy, and partner routes to market to accelerate delivery.Working closely with global commercial and marketing teams to support sales opportunities and go-to-market activity.Collaborating across functions to define product objectives, requirements, and roadmap direction.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
What you'll have:Strong experience as a Senior Product ManagerDeep understanding of the travel payment ecosystem, including payment networks, platforms and technologies.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management methodologies.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
