About the Home This service is a welcoming residential home caring for up to four children and young people. The Role As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home while leading by example and maintaining high standards of care. Building positive, trusting relationships with young people. Supporting behaviour management using positive and restorative approaches. About You We're looking for someone who has: Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker within a children's residential home. A strong understanding of therapeutic and trauma-informed care. Experience supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum. Team Teach training (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
