This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership within health and social care. About the Role
  As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities within Supported Living settings. You will work closely with a dedicated team of Support Workers, providing shift leadership, operational support, and high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and overseeing shifts within Supported Living services
  Supporting and deputising for the Service Manager and On-Call Team
  Coordinating staff rotas and completing staff supervision and assessments
