Purpose As Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal hands-on leadership role in delivering exceptional bar experiences across our vibrant food & beverage spaces. Responsibilities The Bar Supervisor will: Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and a visible, hands-on floor presence. Bring beverage menus to life by supporting new concepts and ideas from the Director of Bars & Beverage, encouraging creativity from the bar team. Deliver outstanding member and guest experiences by building relationships, recognising regulars, and anticipating preferences. Inspire, train and develop the team through ongoing coaching, SOPs, and performance standards - driving confidence, upselling and service excellence. Act as a Conduit ambassador, building strong internal relationships and representing the brand with professionalism and warmth. Manage stock, EPOS accuracy and inventory controls, working closely with F&B and Purchasing to optimise par levels and beverage costs. Support labour planning and financial controls, ensuring staffing levels align with business needs and all cash procedures are followed. Champion Health & Safety, hygiene and compliance, maintaining immaculate FOH/BOH spaces and adhering to licensing and safety regulations. Requirements Bar Supervisor Skillset: 3+ years' experience in high-end, high-volume bars, restaurants or clubs, with confident floor leadership. Passionate about beverages, mixology and delivering standout guest experiences. A natural leader with strong people skills, able to build trust and motivate teams at every level. Excellent communicator (written and verbal), calm under pressure and solutions-focused. Operationally strong, with working knowledge of EPOS systems, stock control and service standards.
