The job holder may also be required to deputise for the shift manager.RequirementsAbout the role The role will see direct managerial responsibilities across various teams who are managing the operational activity, with up to 20 colleagues across a team. We are looking for an individual who is currently in a Supervisory role and has experience within Production, Packing and Warehousing. You will be required to hit the ground running and demonstrate a solid commitment to delivery whilst adhering to quality, health and safety, food and environmental standards and processes.
