Labourer37 hours per week, based in Preston£24,309.00 per annum (£12.60 per hour) This is a Real Living Wage role and your salary will increase to £25,948.89 from 1st April 2026 (£13.45ph)
What will you be doing in this role?You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won’t have to travel far. You’ll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
What we are looking for in youWe are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.
The main things:You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role.You will have a full manual driving licence.You will have an understanding of health and safety and be able to follow relevant procedures.You will have good IT skills to take job information off a mobile device.
