ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client success across campaigns, growing accounts, and shaping regional initiatives. You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — from strategy and content to influencer and production leads. This role calls for someone who combines strong operational execution with strategic thinking and a client-first mindset.You will lead end-to-end campaign delivery, contribute to new business growth, and help optimize content production workflows — all while ensuring client expectations are exceeded and aligned with business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES1) Campaign Leadership & Client ManagementTake ownership of integrated influencer and marketing campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the day-to-day point of contact and trusted advisor.Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, media plans, and KPI frameworks.Collaborate with internal and external teams (influencers, designers, media, events) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Monitor campaign progress, analyse performance metrics, and recommend optimizations.Oversee and coordinate on-ground activations, virtual events, or production shoots when required. 2) New Business DevelopmentIdentify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives.Support business development by preparing tailored proposals, case studies, and pitch presentations.Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activities.Represent InfluenConnect x Comms8 at industry events, webinars, or virtual meetups where applicable. 3) Content Production ManagementCollaborate with design, video, and content teams to create campaign materials and client deliverables.Ensure localized content (copy, visuals, formats) aligns with brand tone and regional relevance.Supervise production timelines and quality checks across campaign assets.Ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed and the tasks outlined above may not encompass all duties required in day-to-day operations. RequirementsProven experience in marketing, event management and PR, ideally with over 3 years experience in account management.Excellent communications skills.Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, preferably with regional or international scope.Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and timelinesStrong understanding of the Europe and Asian culture and media landscape.Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Simplified Chinese (written & spoken) would be an advantage.Strong ability to create a professional press release and social media content.Eager to learn and demonstrate a high level of curiosity.Display a “can do” attitude, proactive in seeking solutions.Passionate about marketing and branding.
