Our Apprenticeship Programme offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to kick-start a career in Building Surveying. Whether you're passionate about property, interested in client-facing work, or eager to build analytical skills, this programme provides hands-on experience, structured training, and long-term growth.You'll be working alongside experienced professionals, supporting projects that help shape cities, investments, and communities. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, development, and real-world learning.Training & Development
Over the course of the five-year programme, you’ll work towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), supported through the RICS-accredited pathway. Training includes:• A combination of on-the-job learning and structured academic study
• Regular development sessions, workshops, and virtual learning
• Rotations across different teams to gain a well-rounded understanding of the business
• Mentoring from experienced professionals and APC assessors.

• Minimum of A-levels (or equivalent qualifications).This role forms part of our 2025 Apprenticeship intake. Candidates must be available to begin the programme in September 2026.
