    Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of an iconic art brand? We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented designer to join our Global Brand team as Global Creative Specialist – Graphic Design, Winsor & Newton. Note this is a fixed term contract starting asap and lasting for 10 months. Location: White City, West London
    Salary: from £35,000 per annum

Your Role as Global Creative Specialist – Graphic Design You will play a vital role in bringing the Winsor & Newton brand to life through distinctive, high-quality design across a wide range of touchpoints. Working as part of the Creative Team within the Global Brand Team, you’ll balance multiple briefs, take ownership from concept through to final delivery and keep creative systems organised and efficient. You’ll design across both digital and physical formats, supporting global brand communications and local market needs – from social content and paid assets to retail POS, email, web and print-ready artwork. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creative across a broad set of brand touchpoints, aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Collaborate with the Creative Team to build and evolve a strong, distinctive brand world. Create and adapt design assets across social, web, email/CRM, retail POS and print, including motion-led formats and print-ready artwork. Maintain organised design files, templates and asset libraries for consistency and efficiency. Support photoshoots and content production, assisting with art direction and preparation.  Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency). Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity across digital and print formats. Strong motion design skills and experience producing animated assets. Experience designing for social (paid and organic), including templates and platform-native outputs. Experience producing print-ready artwork and working with production specifications.
    Desirable: Experience using Figma (or similar collaborative design tools). Experience supporting photoshoots and/or art direction. Proficiency in a second language. Your Role as Global Head of Product Marketing You will be the strategic engine behind Winsor & Newton’s global portfolio – translating insight into action, shaping our five-year roadmap and building an innovation and renovation pipeline that keeps the brand culturally relevant and commercially strong. Leading a team of four, you’ll work cross-functionally to move ideas from early insight through to seamless global execution, partnering closely with Sustainability & Innovation, Operations and Markets. We’re looking for someone who thinks both like an artist and a scientist: instinctive about the creative process, but rigorous in how they turn complexity into clear decisions. You’ll spot emerging behaviours, decode competitive shifts and make confident portfolio choices – driving margin through renovation, unlocking demand through innovation and strengthening competitiveness through sharper propositions and messaging. Key Responsibilities Monitor consumer behaviour, competitor activity and customer needs to generate actionable insight. Shape the brand’s five-year strategic roadmap and annual brand plan. Lead development of the innovation and renovation pipeline, optimising the global product portfolio. Set messaging standards and oversee packaging and shopper marketing tools. Build strong relationships with local markets to champion best practice and growth opportunities. Coach and inspire a team of four, fostering creativity, accountability and high performance. Qualifications and Experience University degree or equivalent. Proven experience in brand management with a strong focus on innovation and portfolio management. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Financial and analytical skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally. Must be able to demonstrate: strategic thinking and vision; consumer-centric mindset; people leadership and capability building.
