     About Your RoleAs a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives. LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! We provide comprehensive training along with all the tools and support you need to succeed. While previous sales experience is beneficial, it isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who works well within a team, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a practical, hands‑on role.You would need a UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the location of the role are also essential.Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
