    Job Description

    The shift patterns above operate on a Banked Hours Scheme.This role includes but is not limited to:Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan palletsMoving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locationsThis is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.
    Qualifications

    Job Description

    Shift Pattern: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm. Salary:£30,850.82 per annum + £1500 per annum banked hours payment per annum. . Key Duties of a Warehouse Supervisor:Manage and motivate the shift team ensuring that productivity and service KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.To monitor and promote good working practices conforming to all Health and Safety law and IPS SOP’s.Manage Goods Inwards area to ensure that receipts are made quickly and without damaging goods so that stock is available to satisfy production and orders.Manage outbound picking and loading to ensure load are ready on time for the collection.To ensure accuracy of systems on receipts and dispatches.Ensuring that all Quality and compliance checks and controls are carried out and that the Operational team work to the Audit standard required.To be able to manage team and cover for Shift Managers in their absence.Deliver communication briefings so that all shift are aware of all Company and local issues and employees are able to offer input/improvements and feel involved.Develop all team members so that their contributions to the Warehouse can be maximised and succession plan delivered.Enforce and adhere all Company policies and procedures.
    Qualifications

    Computer literate with knowledge of Excel and WMS systems.Confident at dealing with people at all level.Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training/ working hours.Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep staff motivated.Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.Ability to work as part of a team or individually.

    Job Description

    We have a great opportunity for a Transport Support Operator to join our Telford Transport team on a full time permanent basis! This position is responsible for debriefing drivers on a daily basis alongside providing general administration support to the Transport team. Salary: £27,618 per annum.Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am. Key Duties of a Transport Support Operator:Correctly debriefing drivers.Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.Downloading drivers’ cards / tachographs.Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS).Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
    Qualifications

    Attention to detail / accuracy.Ability to work without direct supervision.Positive and adaptable attitude.Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
