This role blends day-to-day financial control with hands-on ownership of stock, costing and monthly reporting. Working closely with the Finance Director, you’ll support forecasting, strengthen processes and act as a key link between finance and operations, ensuring information is accurate, timely and meaningful for decision-makers.What will the Management Accountant role involve? Prepare monthly management reporting, including sales, margin and supporting analysis. Maintain up-to-date costing models and monthly cost of sales valuations. Review inventory movements, WIP and stock trends, identifying discrepancies and risks. Support cycle-counting activity and build strong relationships with operational teams.
