    The RoleThe Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering our paid media strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. You will own performance across all paid channels, ensuring activity delivers efficient customer acquisition and meets agreed cost of sale targets while driving sustainable sales growth.You will oversee multiple accounts across dedicated territories, working closely with the Marketing Manager to define channel strategy, manage budgets, and optimise performance. This role will act as the central point of expertise for paid media, supporting senior stakeholders with insights, recommendations, and forward-looking plans.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    · Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of all paid media channels, ensuring accounts are maintained, healthy, and performing against KPIs. Putting forward any recommendations and enhancements on a weekly basis to optimise performance across all territories.  · Define and drive the paid media strategy across Search and Social, aligned with wider business and marketing objectives.· Review and analyse performance across campaigns, ad sets, keywords, and creative, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.· Lead a structured test-and-learn approach across all paid media channels, including hypothesis creation, execution, and evaluation.· Own tracking architecture, pixel/event setup, QA and server-side/CAPI integration across paid channels.· Ensure data integrity across platforms, analytics and backend systems while troubleshooting attribution gaps and testing conversion/bidding strategies· Ensure best-in-class optimisation practices are consistently applied across all platforms.· Own paid media budgets, overseeing daily spend and ensuring efficient allocation to maximise ROI and ROAS.· Build and present incremental spend and investment proposals, highlighting growth opportunities and expected performance impact.· Monitor pacing and performance to ensure spend remains aligned with targets throughout the month and trading periods.· Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.· Confidently communicate performance, learnings, and next steps to both marketing and wider business teams.· Work closely with the creative, ecommerce, and wider marketing teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.· Collaborating with the creative team to create industry leading visual assets ensuring best practices are implemented to drive optimal performance across all platforms.· Keep up to date with any industry trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices to proactively shape channel strategy and maintain a competitive advantage within the competitor landscape

    The RoleThe Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and leading Club L London’s global campaign and social strategy, managing and overseeing the social and content team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Director, you will help define overall strategy while delivering best-in-class campaign rollouts across all social touchpoints, maximising reach, engagement, and impact, and driving the Club L brand vision forward.Immersed in social trends, fashion, and platform innovation, you will continuously develop fresh, creative ideas that keep Club L industry-leading. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate clearly. With a creative, solution-focused mindset, you will engage in cultural conversations, respond quickly to trends, and use social listening to gain deeper audience insight.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    · Develop and deliver the brand’s social media strategy, setting clear KPIs relevant to each channel aligned to brand and commercial objectives, including follower growth, engagement, and reach.· Lead social activity across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat, while continuously identifying new and emerging opportunities.· Conceptualise innovative, social-first concepts that compliment Club L’s wider campaigns, building on the initial concept but giving them a social first approach. Mapping out these campaigns across each social channel in line with the brand vision and campaign strategy and managing end to end.· Monitor, analyse, and report on social performance using tools such as Google Analytics and native platform insights, identifying successes and areas for optimisation.· Research benchmarks, customer behaviour, platform developments, digital technologies, and competitor activity to inform planning, maximise ROI, and keep the brand at the forefront.· Identify and implement new ideas and growth initiatives to drive follower growth, develop brand awareness, increase reach among our community and engagement per post.· Maximise trading and growth opportunities across international territories.· Lead the creation of reactive, trend-led content in response to cultural and viral moments, ensuring fast and effective execution through internal creation and outreach.· Source, develop, and deliver commercially driven brand partnerships.· Work closely with Outreach, Brand, PR, Customer Services, and wider teams to deliver consistent, high-quality content.· Act as a brand guardian across all social channels, ensuring a consistent tone of voice aligned with brand guidelines.· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams.· Lead and develop the social media team, setting clear objectives, development plans, and processes.

    The RoleThe opportunity has arisen for an ambitious assistant management accountant to join the Club L London Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This role will be to fully support the busy finance department in ensuring accurate and timely management accounts and line management of a small team.Key Responsibilities•Support in the continuous improvement of month-end processes
    • Responsible for all HMRC & statutory filings including VAT returns & PAYE submissions
    • Oversee worldwide tax and regulatory compliance
    • Assisting on reporting contribution by location
    • Support on Business Partnering departments across the business
    • Support with stat accounts
    • Management and Submission of UK and EU tax returns
    • Balance sheet reconciliations
