We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.The  Partner  Support  Executive is key to ensuring an efficient  overall performance from the operational hub, ensuring service levels are maintained across the operational estate within CBMF (Close Brothers Motor Finance) and close collaboration with sales leadership and account management teams.The Partner Support Executive position sits between sales and operations teams and provides transactional support to the Account Managers with account and proposal queries, evolving dealer partner needs and focused dealer funding support.RESPONSIBILITIESSales Support:Proactively supporting our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone).Proactively engaging with the sales account management team to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance.Professionally responding to dealer calls and maintaining strong relationships.Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities, and improve dealer efficiencies.Supporting with dealer commission payments and any associated pricing queriesProviding sales support on dealer oversight queries. HPI clearance, return of advanced monitoring and Invoice follow up and recovery.Supporting sales colleagues on complex complaint handling, consulting with dealer partners to ensure good customer outcomes.Providing focused support for the dealer funding propositionAdhering to set sales and operations policies and proceduresWorking effectively within a workflow management structureManaging the dealer onboarding process at 30, 60 and 90 day stagesRisk & Compliance:Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.Proactively record any Bwise incidents and Anti Money Laundering failings, escalating to relevant departments where necessary.WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:​Excellent customer service and relationship management skillsPrevious experience in service and relationship management skillsDemonstratable experience of working within a structured processExcellent organisational skills

We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will support the delivery of our regulatory obligations to monitor the intermediaries each business has a commercial relationship with, to ensure that best practice standards are followed, and that customer harm is prevented.Working as part of the Retail Intermediary Oversight team our ideal team member will have previous experience in supporting the management and administration of the Intermediary of Concern process, conducting Conduct heath checks reviews of dealers and brokers (intermediaries), holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines associated within these processes and liaising with senior stakeholders to develop and improve processes with excellent relationship building and management skills.RESPONSIBILITIESAdministration of the Partner Conduct Health Check Review process including completing risk assessments to select intermediaries for review, conducting the reviews, evaluating responses and evidence received, determining remedial actions and completing the health check review report.Administration of the Intermediary of Concern process including completing investigations to determine the level of risk to CBMF and appropriate actions, whilst also engaging relevant stakeholders to assist.Effective documentation and management of follow up of actions through to completion.Producing data analysis and management information for senior stakeholders relating to intermediaries of concern and health check reviews.Producing reports and capturing minutes for the Intermediary Oversight Forum and presenting papers where appropriate.Supporting the Senior Analyst and the Intermediary Risk and Control Manager in coordinating working groups for high-risk concerns including taking minutes and distributing actions.WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to persuade at all levelsEffective root cause analysis skillsStrong attention to detail and organisation skillsAble to manage own diary and time whilst prioritising workloadsAble to handle difficult conversations in a face-to-face environmentAble to handle stressful situations in a calm professional manner.IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:Experience in Financial ServicesExperienced with managing and influencing senior managersDevelopment of effective management informationSound knowledge of operational risk frameworksKnowledge of regulatory environmentWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
