You will support the implementation of projects that drive the sale of Aquaflush, meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients within a competitive primary and secondary care market. /p p This is a regionally field-based role and will require working away from home as needed, with overnight stays expected. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p br /p p The following outlines the key responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be exhaustive. /p p Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: /p p br /p ul li Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush /li li Working closely with the Clinical team and Commercial Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities /li li Representing the company at regional consumer events to build relationships with key healthcare professionals in bowel and continence care /li li Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of patient access pathways through Care+/Nightingale+ programmes within the Nightingale Delivery service /li li Maintaining excellent standards of territory management, journey planning and business preparation /li li Learning and applying the selling process /li li Developing a strong understanding of primary and secondary care within the NHS and its evolving landscape /li li Gaining a thorough understanding of the formulary process and influencing positive positioning of Clinisupplies products /li li Operating effectively across all levels of the NHS and within a sales team environment /li li Understanding how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates /li li Providing effective weekly updates via company IT systems, including CRM, calendars and monthly reports /li li Supporting colleagues as required, including training, formulary submissions and discharge policy rollouts /li li Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance /li li Delivering effective Aquaflush training to healthcare professionals /li li Working closely with regional colleagues to deliver key projects at both regional and national level /li li Building strong customer relationships and promoting products and services to NHS and private healthcare customers /li /ul p br /p p strong Experience Required /strong /p p br /p ul li Excellent communication and presentation skills /li li Experience in a sales role /li li Dynamic, driven and target-focused /li li Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder /li li Highly self-motivated, tenacious and able to deliver results in a competitive environment /li li Well organised with the ability to plan weekly and monthly activities /li li Able to work independently and as part of a team /li li Strong mindset with the ability to influence others /li /ul p br /p p strong Desirable (but not essential) /strong /p ul li Knowledge of the anal irrigation/continence market and competitors /li li Experience in medical device sales with a successful track record /li li Commercial and business acumen /li /ul p br /p p Clinisupplies is dedicated to the continuous development of its employees and offers excellent career prospects, along with competitive terms and conditions. /p p br /p p Clinisupplies Limited is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. /p Read Less

Role summary We have an opportunity for a TAI Key Account Manager to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of projects which support the sale of Aquaflush which meets the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, into the competitive primary and secondary care market. The role is regionally field based which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected.
