Come and join us!You’ll play a key role in keeping the service running smoothly by producing accurate, timely reports for ICB partners, supporting delivery planning, and helping internal teams understand and act on performance data. Most of your work will focus on responding to data requests and maintaining high-quality reporting but there’s real opportunity to shape how data drives efficiency, planning, and continuous improvement.This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s confident with data, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn how operational delivery works in a high-impact healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities Reporting & InsightCreate and maintain regular and ad hoc reports on assessment activity, delivery performance, and outcomes.Ensure all ICB and internal reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Add clear, meaningful context to data explaining what’s happening, not just showing the numbers.Maintain a shared library of data requests and submissions to track what’s been provided and when.Operational Support & PlanningSupport the Senior Manager and Business Development team to design delivery plans for NHS contracts.Monitor progress against agreed plans and highlight potential risks or delays.Liaise with Patient facing operations teams, Data & Planning, Clinical Ops, Business development, Finance and Service Delivery teams to gather inputs and validate reports.Continuous ImprovementIdentify small process improvements in reporting accuracy, speed, or clarity.Work with the Data team to improve dashboards or automate recurring reports.Provide insight that supports operational decision-making and service improvements.Essential Qualifications & Experience Remuneration & Benefits Have strong Excel or Power BI skills and can manage large, complex and imperfect datasets confidently.Are methodical, accurate, and comfortable working to deadlines.Can interpret data and communicate it clearly to non-technical colleagues and clients.Enjoy working with people as much as data and want to see the real-world impact of your work.Have experience (or interest) in healthcare, education, or another service-based environment.     Operations Team SupervisorWe are currently looking to recruit a team supervisor to support our NHS operations. You will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the NHS Administration teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the administration process across various contracts. This role involves effective people management, leadership and collaboration with stakeholders across the business to ensure service delivery objectives and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Operations Team Manager to ensure staffing levels align with service demand and be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of that resource by acting as the hiring manager.Establish and maintain a close and effective working relationship with the Operations Team Supervisors to ensure a clear line of communication between the two functions with a joint responsibility to deliver an excellent service toward the relevant NHS contract.Focus on enhancing the patient experience by ensuring a welcoming and efficient team environment and encouraging the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Utilise an analytical approach driven by data. Set expectations regarding levels of customer services and ensure all staff understand these and maintain them. Regularly monitor and assess staff adherence to these expectations.Escalate details of any delays or bottlenecks within the administration / booking process which will affect the patient journey and / or delivery of clinical services, to Operations Managers or Contract Performance Supervisors, depending on the issue.Respond to team queries, minor employee issues and conflicts, collaborating with HR on the more complex issues.Develop, document and update standard operating procedures for key People processes, including process maps, checklists, guidelines, etc.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for teams in respect of key processes.Requirements:
    A minimum of 2 years experience in people management and leading a teamA motivational team leader
    Strong administrative and organisational experienceExperience of working with CRMsKnowledge of mental health terminologyProven leadership capabilities.
