    Key Responsibilities for the Scheduling Coordinator Building, managing and updating schedules in a dynamic, fast changing environment. Reacting calmly and quickly to last minute changes, sickness and emergencies, whilst keeping clients informed and services covered. Planning to anticipate staffing needs, holidays, and gaps before they happen. Supporting new starter, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the rota.
