    Our client is expanding its specialist lending division and is looking for experienced Brokers who want to work on Second Charge and Secured Loan transactions for homeowners and investors alike Unlike most brokerages, they don't depend on introducers. Their in-house lead generation team consistently delivers qualified, inbound enquiries from homeowners looking to raise capital meaning you'll spend more time structuring deals and less time chasing them. They are seeking a motivated Broker to join the team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end process of second charge mortgage and secured lending. Work directly with inbound client enquiries Assess borrower needs and structure tailored second charge and secured loan solutions Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, supported by the packaging and compliance team Liaise with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth deal progression Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed, strategic borrowing decisions Identify opportunities for repeat business and build lasting client relationships Who They're Looking For Hold Full CeMAP (ideally); can think commercially, structure deals efficiently, and communicate confidently with clients and lenders Ambitious and motivated by both earning potential and career development Solid experience in brokering and structuring deals in second charge and secured lending Why Join?
