    Role Accountabilities:Field Based Service Engineer.Deliver maintenance and repair service to CSG Hutchinson’s customers, domestic and commercial.Diagnose, problem-solve and quote for repairs.Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations, treatment plants and interceptors.Maintain and update maintenance reports.Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours.

    The Candidate:Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.A dynamic individual with the ability to take initiative and proactively manage your time and activities to ensure high level of efficiency and output.Previous experience in fleet management, preferably with an automotive mechanical engineering background.Competent in the use of PC based fleet management systems and the use of Microsoft office.Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally at all levels both within and outside the business.A full UK driving licence.

    Role Accountabilities:
    We are looking for someone with early IT experience who has a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and is keen to develop their skills within a supportive team environment to join our Group IT Helpdesk in Whiteley as First Line Support.You will be responsible for the day-to-day first line calls and ticket triage to support end users at the desktop level.We will support and invest in your technical development and career progression as part of our growing IT function.

    Increase CSG’s services & sales revenue by:Generating leads for hazardous waste producers through cold callingArranging customer visits face-to-faceConvert leads from our telesales teams & other sales departments into enquiries and sales
    Request and input sufficient waste characterisation data and service requirements onto our CRM system to enable accurate pricing and routing of the waste stream (Full training will be given)
    Liaise with CSG’s technical assessors, transport managers, industrial services & tank cleaning teams to ensure sufficient information is available to quote for and provide an efficient & compliant service
    Work with our TWM & tendering team to Identify and convert Total Waste Management opportunities, particularly those with recycling & recovery opportunities combined with hazardous waste.
    Use CSG’s bespoke CRM package for customer management information and technical waste management informationCo-ordinate duty of care visits by customers to CSG facilities
    Ownership of the customer journey from initial contact through to quoting and job completion
    The Candidate:
