    As Managing Director, you will take full P&L accountability and bridge the gap between our family heritage and modern corporate governance. Every day, somewhere in Northern Ireland, two people experience the worst moment of their lives. Air Ambulance NI exists to ensure those patients receive advanced, pre-hospital critical care when every second counts. Since launching in 2017, the charity has responded to more than 5,600 emergency call-outs and now attends around 60 life-saving missions every month. As the charity continues to grow its impact, this appointment represents an exciting opportunity to lead one of its most important fundraising functions, developing sustainable income streams that help keep this vital service flying for the people of Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Community Fundraising Manager will lead a dedicated team of three, driving income growth across community fundraising, gifts in wills, in-memory giving, signature events and other strategic fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing supporter relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth and delivering an exceptional supporter experience, while contributing to the wider strategic objectives of the organisation.
