    This is a full-time position based on a 40 hour work week, operating on a rotating shift schedule of either 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be responsible for the coordination of Plant, Transport, Small Tools and PPE. Here are some of the activities you will be doing... Allocate plant to operational teams, ensuring all records are updated on the system. Physically check and ensure plant/equipment is in good working order and report any repairs. Maintain plant/vehicles stocklists and audits. Cross-examine third party hires reports vs live hire reports, checking for accuracy. Additional administrative duties include the issuing of IAMS cards and ensuring users are logged within the system, logging plant calibration dates and arranging exchanges, booking MOTs, logging breakdowns, and arranging replacements etc. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate… Excellent Microsoft Office skills, great communication, organisational skills and a clear focus on safety.
