This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Software Development Manager looking for their next challenge, or a Senior Developer with strong Actionstep experience and leadership potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a development team, driving technical excellence, and delivering innovative solutions that improve the way our legal business operates. This will be a 6-9 month contract with potential to extend, and would involve occasional travel to an office in the North West Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the software development function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Oversee the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. Own the technical roadmap for Actionstep development and integrations during a case management system migration. Design, build and maintain custom workflows, automations and integrations within the Actionstep platform. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and securing the companies whole IT infrastructure across the UK. Key Skills Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive and Sophos. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including the design, deployment and management of cloud-based infrastructure and Azure Backup solutions. Solid networking expertise covering TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, VPNs, firewalls, WAN connectivity and wireless networks. Proven experience managing and maintaining VMware vSphere/ESXi environments Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and implementing robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
