    Play a Key Role in Delivering Fibre Network Projects Across the UK

    Circet UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our delivery teams in the successful rollout of fibre optic infrastructure across the UK. Working closely with Project Managers and on-site teams, you'll play a vital role in coordinating resources, managing documentation, and keeping communication channels open - helping ensure our projects run safely, on time, and on budget.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in telecoms or infrastructure to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

    What You'll Be DoingAssist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and reportsManage documentation and ensure accurate tracking of permits, drawings, reports, and compliance filesCoordinate and support project meetings: scheduling, minute-taking, and action trackingMaintain project tracking systems including RAID logs, spreadsheets, and status dashboardsHelp process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, supporting financial trackingFacilitate communication between field teams, internal departments, contractors, and stakeholdersSupport the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and safety audit documentationHelp ensure projects meet Health & Safety, Streetworks, and internal quality standardsAssist with logistics, including tracking material deliveries and resource allocationProvide day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running efficiently
    What You'll Need
    Experience & Background1-2 years in a project support, admin, or coordination role - ideally in telecoms, construction, or engineeringFamiliarity with project workflows and managing documentation in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of project management principles or tools (e.g. Gantt charts, trackers)

    Main Purpose:

    Reporting to the Operation Manager, the TM operative will be responsible for the install, maintenance and removal of all site-based traffic management activities.

    Key Responsibilities;
    * Competent/adequately qualified for the installation, maintenance & removal of all complex traffic management schemes in both the rural/urban roads network.
    * Attend regular site meetings with clients, local authorities, interested 3rd parties.
    * Survey/design traffic management schemes to assist in production of TM plans, taking all associated risks, traffic counts into consideration.

    Skills and Competencies
    Required:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask while adapting to ever changing priorities.Prior experience in a traffic management environment.Adequately trained with qualifications for the implementation of temporary traffic management.Sector scheme 12D qualified.Full driving license.Trailer licenseFlexibility for weekend working.
