    Are you ready for a new challenge? A specialist Engineering company in the Oxford area are looking for 2 x Electro-Mechanical Production Technicians. This company are preparing for several major projects and, as a result, is seeking to strengthen its production team with multiple key hires. As a Electro-Mechanical Production Technician , you will be involved in the assembly, testing and calibration of specialist electro-mechanical instruments and large capital machinery. Adhering to strict specifications and deadlines you will work collaboratively with a close-knit team of engineers and project managers and play a key role in the delivering of these systems. Each project is both different and highly interesting and presents fantastic opportunities for travel to customer sites across the globe. This is a varied role offering a genuine 50/50 split between hands-on manufacturing engineering and higher-level process improvement activities . You'll be heavily involved in CNC programming, machining processes and shop-floor support, whilst also driving continuous improvement projects, process optimisation and long-term manufacturing changes across the business.
