Chroma have partnered with a globally recognised Engineering company who are looking for a highly-skilled Customer Quality Engineer. This company operate in over 30 countries and are the forefront of innovative technology used in the Electricity, Gas, Water & Utilities sectors.
As a Customer Quality Engineer , you'll join an industry leading department and act as the key interface between customers and internal teams for all quality-related matters. This will include overseeing initial investigations through to resolution, leading root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D activities and ensuring timely responses and excellent customer satisfaction.

Customer Quality Engineer Requirements
Experience in a Quality Engineering role, ideally customer-facing.
Experience with quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, DMAIC, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is desirable.
