    Chroma have partnered with a globally recognised Engineering company who are looking for a highly-skilled Customer Quality Engineer. This company operate in over 30 countries and are the forefront of innovative technology used in the Electricity, Gas, Water & Utilities sectors. As a Customer Quality Engineer , you'll join an industry leading department and act as the key interface between customers and internal teams for all quality-related matters. This will include overseeing initial investigations through to resolution, leading root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D activities and ensuring timely responses and excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working with customers to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. Customer Quality Engineer Requirements Experience in a Quality Engineering role, ideally customer-facing. Experience with quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, DMAIC, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis. Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is desirable. This is a varied role offering a genuine 50/50 split between hands-on manufacturing engineering and higher-level process improvement activities .
