    We are looking for a talented and dedicated Finance Operations Analyst, our goal where possible is to automate and innovate, making sure the right tools are in place to enable the team to work as a business-enabling function rather than huddling over Excel running manual repetitive tasks.

    We’re looking for a Junior CRM Operations Executive to join our Engagement team and help deliver Chip’s operational, regulatory, and service-related communications. This is a non-marketing role, focused on the technical set-up and smooth running of customer communications in Braze.You’ll support the CRM Operations team in building, testing, and sending messages, making sure everything goes out on time, to the right people, and in line with compliance requirements. You’ll also help monitor live automations, keep our customer data clean, and learn how to troubleshoot issues in Braze with the guidance of senior team members.This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise in CRM Operations at one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintechs. What you can expect to be doing: Assist in building and deploying non-marketing communications in Braze. Support the set-up and QA of live automations. Help maintain clean, accurate data attributes and events in Braze. Work with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Data teams to deliver requirements.
