    We’re looking for a commercially astute and analytically exceptional FP&A Manager to help drive Chip’s financial planning and performance insight, with a particular focus on cash products and revenue forecasting.You’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running and continuous development of our financial models, ensuring forecasts are accurate, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and SVP Finance, you’ll partner with Product, Growth, and Data teams to translate business performance into meaningful financial outputs and insights.
    This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving fintech, ideal for someone who enjoys building models, solving complex commercial problems, and connecting financial performance to strategic decisions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the tools, processes and insights that underpin Chip’s commercial strategy and future growth.
    What you can expect to be doing: Lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance and development of Chip’s core financial models, including revenue and three-statement forecasting. Support the Head of FP&A in delivering the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and insight-driven. Collaborate with the SVP Finance, Product, Growth and data teams to ensure financial forecasts are grounded in real operational drivers and user behaviours. Deliver high-quality monthly performance reporting and analysis for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic, regulatory, and commercial decision-making. Act as a trusted finance partner, providing clear, data-led insights that help shape product, pricing, and growth strategies. Assist with regulatory capital modelling and ICARA, maintaining clear documentation and ensuring revenue assumptions align with capital planning. Support fundraising and investor processes, contributing to financial models, scenario analysis, and due diligence materials. Develop and automate tools and dashboards to improve visibility of performance across finance and the wider business. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, modelling efficiency, and financial planning processes. What we’re looking for: Proven background in a FinTech, Digital Bank, Challenger Bank, Retail or Business Bank. Strong understanding of products across savings, investments and wealth management. Experience working with cohort models, customer behaviour and product-level unit economics. Proven experience working in an FP&A or commercial finance role with exposure to forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis. Experience working closely with Data teams to align financial models with user metrics and operational inputs. Advanced Excel and VBA skills (must-have); strong modelling ability and comfortable with large data sets. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of tasks from end to end. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link financial results to business drivers. Confident communicator, able to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders and influence decision-making.     We’re looking for a Junior CRM Operations Executive to join our Engagement team and help deliver Chip’s operational, regulatory, and service-related communications. This is a non-marketing role, focused on the technical set-up and smooth running of customer communications in Braze.You’ll support the CRM Operations team in building, testing, and sending messages, making sure everything goes out on time, to the right people, and in line with compliance requirements. You’ll also help monitor live automations, keep our customer data clean, and learn how to troubleshoot issues in Braze with the guidance of senior team members.This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise in CRM Operations at one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintechs. What you can expect to be doing: Assist in building and deploying non-marketing communications in Braze.     You'll sit in our in-house creative Brand Team, working hand-in-hand with our Social Media Exec, but also our designers, copywriters and performance marketers. One day you might be filming in the office, the next vox-popping on the streets of London, or creating a smart and witty explainer on ISA news (yes, it’s possible).

The successful candidate will manage a team of four agents and an outsourced team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transfer requests, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering excellent customer service.What you can expect to be doing: Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop a small team of transfer operations agents Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
