    We’re looking for a Senior CRM Operations Developer with deep technical expertise in Braze and a sharp eye for detail. This is a non-marketing role, focused on building, managing, and sending Chip’s non-marketing communications, ensuring operational, regulatory, and service-related messages are delivered flawlessly and on time.Sitting within the Engagement team, you’ll be working closely with Operations, Product, Data, Compliance, Marketing and Engineering. You’ll configure, test, and maintain automations, manage data attributes and events, and ensure all live communications are accurate, compliant, and technically sound.We need someone who thrives on precision and speed, able to quickly translate requirements into reliable builds in Braze, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards of QA.     What you can expect to be doing: Build, test, and deploy non-marketing communications in Braze. Act as the technical point-of-contact for all Braze requirements. Manage user permissions, attributes, and event data within Braze. Collaborate cross-functionally on integrations and requirements. Maintain rigorous QA and monitoring of live automations. Support service and incident escalations with CRM-related actions. Ensure data hygiene, deliverability, and compliance across all CRM operations. Educate and support colleagues on Braze tools and technical best practices. What we’re looking for: Deep technical proficiency with Braze Understanding of CRM data integrations Strong understanding of data structures, attributes, and event-based triggers. Experience managing user permissions, roles, and platform governance in Braze. Knowledge of email and push deliverability monitoring Background in CRM Operations or Marketing Automation within fintech, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with QA, auditing, and incident escalation processes. Strong collaboration skills. Confidence in troubleshooting technical issues quickly and independently. Exposure to scripting or query languages a plus. Braze Certification (Admin or Practitioner) highly desirable. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and governance in all CRM activity.     We are looking for talented and dedicated Backend Engineers to help us build out a world beating feature set. Joining our engineering team you’ll be responsible for developing new features and services to help us continue to deliver a great product to our customers that helps our company and their money grow.What you can expect to be doing:You will be working with a team to deliver new API capabilities that provide features for Chips customers intended to grow our user base and retain them in the long run.     🎯 The role
    You'll sit in our in-house creative Brand Team, working hand-in-hand with our Social Media Exec, but also our designers, copywriters and performance marketers. You’ll have the creative freedom, kit and space to make standout work. One day you might be filming in the office, the next vox-popping on the streets of London, or creating a smart and witty explainer on ISA news (yes, it’s possible).

    We’re after a sharp creative mind with big ideas and the hands-on skills to bring them to life – camera, lighting, editing, sound, storytelling. Someone ambitious who’s not just chasing likes, but great work.
    What you can expect to be doing: Filming and editing scroll-stopping video content, from ideation to final cut Working with the Social Media Exec to come up with original ideas for content – then making them happen Creating a variety of assets, from 15-second Reels to 3-minute explainers Collaborating with the Brand and Growth teams to make sure every frame ladders up to a smart strategy Keeping up with trends, formats and platforms – and putting your own spin on them What we’re looking for: A strong reel/portfolio of previous video work (please share it! Even if it’s simply your TikTok feed) Filming and editing experience, ideally with Sony DSLRs A fast mover – able to shoot, edit and ship content quickly without compromising on quality Someone with a great eye and attention to detail, but who knows when to prioritise pace over perfection A good communicator who’s comfortable working across teams and briefs Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Audition Bonus if you’re into fintech or finance, but not essential What we’re really looking for: ✍️ Someone who wants to do work that turns heads.
