You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
    About the Role: As a vendor resource within the EMEA Creator Product Marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client’s creator products across the region. This role requires a highly organised, proactive, and data-savvy individual with exceptional project management and communication skills. You will work independently on projects after initial onboarding, collaborating closely with client’s stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
    Core Responsibilities:
    1. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM): Regional GTM Execution: Lead the regional execution of go-to-market plans for new creator product launches in EMEA. Localisation & Integration: Collaborate closely with global Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to adapt global GTM strategies and integrate products into locally-relevant client-owned channels, industry events, and cultural moments. Integrated Marketing: Ideate and execute regional and local integrated marketing strategies across relevant channels (e.g., social media, email, web). Creative Management: Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal teams, draft clear and concise creative briefs, and provide constructive feedback on marketing materials. 2. Storytelling with Data: Ecosystem Understanding: Weave together creator research, product usage data, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to develop a deep understanding of the EMEA creator ecosystem. Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analysis to identify key opportunities, challenges, and insights to inform product and marketing strategies. Performance Analysis: Analyse product and comms performance data and creator feedback to identify key insights, trends, and areas for improvement in product marketing strategies. To excel in this role, individuals must: Independently manage projects from concept to completion after initial onboarding, with ongoing consultation from a designated point of contact. Proactively brainstorm innovative concepts and seamlessly execute them. Navigate and build strong working relationships with diverse cross-functional teams. Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively, providing useful and timely updates to stakeholders. Demonstrate a strong ability to make data-backed decisions and recommendations. Navigate ambiguity effectively and exercise sound judgment in dynamic situations.
    Qualifications: Proven experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights. Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects independently. Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within the technology or media industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience working with or for online video platforms or creator ecosystems. Familiarity with creator tools and features. Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural differences. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in another major EMEA language (e.g., French, German) is a plus. Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Agency/Consultancy Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with partner agencies and consultancies to deliver integrated solutions that meet complex client needs.
    Required qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or professional services delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of business transformation, marketing operations, or digital enablement landscapes. Consultancy/Agency Experience: Proven track record working within or alongside consultancies or agencies, with a solid understanding of their business models and service delivery frameworks. Account Management : Exceptional strategic account management skills, including experience developing account plans, managing P&L, and orchestrating cross-functional resources to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Commercial Acumen : Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth. Client Management: Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience serving C-suite and senior stakeholders. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.     The Role As a Merchandising manager you will be responsible for looking after all EMEA store promotions ensuring each promotion has the right visibility and go live dates on the online Store. Through these promotions, we strengthen consumer retention, build greater market share, and get products into the hands of customers across Europe.
    The Merchandising Manager must be proficient in navigating complex xFN working partners including but not limited to: sales, CRM, paid media, global and local teams, and our creative agencies to name a few.
    Core Responsibilities: Working with our sales team to have promos locked on time, assessing what level of support each promo will receive. Compiling templated copy based on promotion type Briefing the promotion into our internal tool so the Publishing Team can enact each promo Final content reviewing before it goes live Support the Campaigns GTM in planning, briefing, and reporting on all Campaigns and Promotions to: Ensure we have all the right information to put a brief together Establish what is the right content strategy Localise content, while working with our creative agency to produce assets
