    The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for leading a defined group of retailers/areas within a regional market, to deliver market leading retail sales and growth by engaging and leading the Field Sales Manager population/ Flagship Manager population.  The role is responsible for clear and consistent messaging across the entire region, enabling the sharing of best practise and reporting, analysing and reacting to immediate trade risks and opportunities, Whilst managing the inflating and deflating of costs in line with trading patterns, and having overall accountability of the sales, profitability and productivity of their region.  They will strive to have consistency across retailers in all Key Performance Indicators including: footfall and conversion, average transaction value, customer experience, data capture, social advocacy and eNPS scores both in the air and on the ground. *Please note - This role can be based anywhere within the UK.
